The Chancy Agency was incorporated in 1999 & began operations with a 22-year-old business owner, no employees, & no clients. It took a few months & the first policy was sold by the agency. That first policy was a Homeowners Policy for a 968 square foot house, a policy that was still on the books until January 2020 when the home was sold.
We have grown a little since then and have earned a reputation for offering quality insurance products & exceptional customer service. Our philosophy has been to grow in the areas we are most knowledgeable in & partner only with Insurance carriers we have confidence in. We’ve learned if both those conditions are met, only then are you able to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction in the insurance business.
